Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are processed the next working day. Local pickup is available by arrangement — contact us at info@nourri.shop to arrange collection.

International Delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Nourri product. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

To start a return, email us at info@nourri.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns label and instructions within 48 hours.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to info@nourri.shop with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
